David is an Operating Partner with Appareo Capital. Dave has over 34 years of U.S. and global business experience, ranging from leading operations, business development and financial organizations to executing strategically focused corporate finance, financial and operational turnarounds, and M&A projects. He has lead teams and organizations from 5 to over 400 employees. He has over 20 years investment banking experience, including over 14 years with Price Waterhouse/ PricewaterhouseCoopers Investment Banking, and was the co-founder and leader of boutique and regional bank-based investment banking firms. He established and led practice offices in Houston, TX; San Jose, CA; and Dallas, TX, and he led transactions in the U.S., Western and Eastern Europe, Asia and Australia. Dave has led operational and financial turnarounds for a wide variety of companies in multiple industries including retail, technology (hardware and software), ship building, oilfield services, trucking and transportation and education. He is currently functioning as the President of an offshore oilfield services company. Prior to joining Appareo, Dave was a co-founder of CornerPost Capital.
David is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S in Accounting.
