Jim is an Operating Partner with Appareo Capital. He has over 30 years experience as a consultant and investor with large and medium-sized enterprises. Jim was the founding partner of Millennium Technology Partners (MTP). Prior to MTP, Jim was a partner with Accenture, Inc. and held senior consulting positions with Price Waterhouse, LLP. Jim has specialized in executive level strategic consulting and program management for large and medium-sized enterprises. His previous clients included: Textron/Bell Helicopter, Nvidia, Nortel Networks, Alcatel, Lockheed–Martin, Martin Marietta (Aeronautics, Naval, and Space Divisions), McDonnell Douglas Missile Systems, Texas Instruments, Motorola, and numerous other high tech, aerospace and commercial manufacturing companies. He specialized in helping defense contractors develop supply chain and financial operations in compliance with DoD MMAS guidelines. While at Accenture, Jim held numerous leadership positions including Managing Partner for the SAP Practice within the Communications and High Tech Business Unit in North America, and Supply Chain Service Line Lead for Communications and High Tech Western Region in North America.
Jim graduated from Wabash College with a B.A. in Economics in 1980, from Purdue University’s Krannert Graduate School of Management with an M.S.I.A. in 1981, and the University of Dallas with an MA Philosophy in 2015.
